Trevor Wallace
In January 2002 my son, then almost 4, diagnosed with ASD. In July of that year he got a formal diagnosis
of Aspergers Syndrome. My wife and I then joined PAPA
and attended our local branch meetings in Lisburn.
As I am an accountant I was nominated to the position of treasury which I held until June 05 ( 3 years) In September 2003 I became Lisburn's PAPA council representative. One year later I was nominated to board. I hope to bring a parents perspective to the board as to what individuals with ASD and their carers need, as well as using my financial and business skills to help the charity through this time of change.
