Autism NI Lisburn Branch
Lisburn Branch activities are focused on family events, monthly meetings, fundraising and the political campaign.
Family events include monthly fun days held at Lisburn Leisureplex, and outings/events during school holidays.
Monthly meetings are held on the second Monday of the month in Warren Children’s Centre and feature different speakers, a library is available.
Fundraising is led enthusiastically by Anne Hayward and funds have been raised through a wide variety of events and activities.
The Political Campaign has been supported by the Branch and members have written letters, supported the Celtic Nations Autism Partnership and taken part in the "Walk for Legislation".
LISBURN BRANCH SUMMER ACTIVITIES
Hi all please remember there are no monthly parent meetings over the summer the next one will be on monday 8th september.
Fundays over the summer those who have never been we have the hall exclusivly to our group and there is soft play and battery powered cars, for the older children there is football and basketball. Please note you do not have to ring anne hayward for the funday’s just turn up at the leisure plex in lisburn 3.30 – 5.30pm.

WEDNESDAY 22ND JULY - THE ULSTER FOLK AND TRANSPORT MUSEUM
There will be no transport for this trip. Meet at 10.15am at the event and trip starts at 10.30am sharp. Hopefully we will have a nice day so bring your own picnic for lunch we also have a room booked incase you prefer to eat your lunch indoors. This trip suits all ages.

MONDAY 27TH JULY - COCO’S IN NEWCASTLE
There will be a bus provided for this trip. You can take your own car if you prefer to just let anne know. Meet at the leisure-plex at 9.15 am bus will leave at 9.30am sharp. We will provide the children with lunch at coco’s. For the older children why not come on the bus and go to the amusements and meet for lunch.

There will be a bus provided for this trip. You can take your own car if you prefer just let anne know We have the adventure indoor play exclusivly to our group. Meet at the leisure-plex at 4.15pm bus will leave sharp at 4.30pm. We will provide children with their dinner on the bus. This trip is for ages 1-11years old.

MONDAY 17TH AUGUST - FUNNY FARM ADVENTURES MAIZE MAZE IN CASTLEWELLEN
The maize maze is a massive 6 acre field of 8 feet tall maize. Can you find your way through? It has farm animals, peddle go-kart track, trampolines garden games, children’s play area, football wall, swing ball, basket ball and lots more.
There will be a bus provided for this trip. You can take your own car if you prefer just let anne know. Meet at the leisure-plex at 9.15 am bus will leave at 9.30 am sharp.
