“Buddy System”

A Buddy System makes use of the pupils classmates to help him cope in situations where he is unsure of what is expected.  Buddies may also keep an eye on the pupil with an ASD in the playground and redirect them, if trouble is arising.  Be careful to change the buddies frequently and be aware of their needs.
