“A Tale of two cities”

When the teacher has oral quizzes during lessons, Mark often answers each question.  He usually doesn’t put his hand up – but just jumps in with the answer, sometimes before the teacher has even finished.  The other pupils don’t get a chance to contribute, even though they do have their hands up to answer.
