Trevor Gill
Trevor has worked in senior management positions for a number of voluntary organisations in London and Northern Ireland including a 10 year period as Senior Fundraising Manager of a Northern Ireland mental health consortium and a spell as the senior staff member of a London based charity and grant making trust for homeless people. In all Trevor has over 20 years experience of working in the not for profit sector.
Trevor's academic and professional qualifications include an undergraduate Bachelor in Education from Queen's University Belfast and a Master of Arts in Marketing from the University of Ulster. He is a long time member of the Institute of Fundraising and has served on the management committee of the Institute's Northern Ireland branch as well as acting as a guest speaker at three of the Institute's Annual Conferences and leading a number of fundraising workshops for Institute members. Trevor received a Millennium Fellowship Award in 2002. In addition to his work in managing TGA, he is a Grants Assessor for a number of major grant awarding bodies.
In 2003, Trevor and local consultant Alice Garrad founded 'Training People' - a consultancy providing top quality training in fundraising and personal development issues for not for profit organisations.
Trevor Gill Associates exists to meet the management consultancy, public relations, training and fundraising needs of the not for profit sector.
