Our Autism Helpline provides trusted autism support for autistic people, parents, carers, family members and professionals across Northern Ireland. Whether you are seeking information before an autism diagnosis, looking for support after a diagnosis, or simply need someone to talk to, our friendly team is here to help.

Each year, our Autism Helpline responds to over 7000 enquiries from people looking for guidance, practical advice and access to autism support services. We can provide information on available resources, local support services, one-to-one support opportunities and other interventions that may help individuals and families navigate their autism journey with confidence.

The Autism NI Helpline has been a lifeline. The team are incredibly knowledgeable, kind and understanding . Autism NI’s Helpline Service operates from Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
