SENSORY ACTIVITIES RESOURCE

Most autistic people have some sensory differences. Autistic people can be hypersensitive, hyposensitive or both. We have created a Sensory Activity Resource Pack with a number of different sensory activities for you to do at home with your family to help build on your child’s sensory experiences.

FIDGET TOYS FOR TEENS

Sensory stimulation is important for autistic teenagers as it can help with self-regulation of emotions, focusing on tasks and can help improve coordination or fine/gross motor skills.

We have created a list of different types of fidget toys which might be beneficial for teenagers to help with their sensory needs.

Sensory Equipment For Teens

We have created a list of sensory equipment that autistic teenagers may find beneficial to help with their sensory needs.
